Art 1332

Julia K. Murray is Emeritus Professor in Chinese Art at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Murray‘s research focuses on the visual and material culture associated with the worship of Confucius and with Confucian ideology.  A former curator and emeritus professor, her most recent book is The Aura of Confucius: Relics and Representations of the Sage at the Kongzhai Shrine in Shanghai (Cambridge University Press).
